What you need to know before sending your luggage with Tegaru.
Drop-off is at a konbini, not at your hotel
A hotel can receive your luggage on arrival. To send it, however, you need to go to the pick-up point (konbini) nearest to your departure location. You don't have to look for it: just enter your departure hotel on the website and we tell you which pick-up point is closest.
Sending takes two simple steps
Go to the pick-up point shown, then scan the QR code you receive from Tegaru on their photocopier. That's it: the staff handles the rest.
Next-day delivery
Your luggage is delivered the next day. Allow two days for Hokkaidō and Okinawa.
Pick your date and time slot
You choose the delivery date and time slot at the time of booking — nothing else to do afterwards.
