• Management of requests to exercise rights (with the legal basis being the execution of the general terms and conditions of sale).

The personal data collected are data allowing pickup or delivery as well as billing data, connection data.

All personal data collected above by TEGARU SAS are strictly necessary for the order, performance, and monitoring of the service.

• Sagawa Express: carrier
• Japan Post: carrier

The personal data provided is necessary to access the 'Tegaru' service.
