Luggage transport prices in Japan

The price depends on the number of bags, their size and the distance between the two regions. It is shown before payment, with no surprise surcharge once you are in Japan.

From €12.35

How the price is calculated

Only three things go into the calculation. There is no booking fee, no fuel surcharge and no last-minute increase: the amount shown on your quote is the amount you pay.

The number of bags

Each bag is priced individually. You can declare several of them in a single booking.

The size of the bag

Two categories: cabin size, and hold size for large suitcases. The price differs between the two.

The distance

The price depends on the departure and arrival regions: Tokyo–Kyoto costs less than Tokyo–Okinawa.

Example prices per route

Prices for one bag on the most requested routes. These amounts are produced by the same engine as the booking form, so they are never out of date.

Multi-leg routes at a fixed price

If your itinerary follows a classic circuit, our routes bundle several legs at a single price, bookable in one go.

What the price includes

  • Collection at the drop-off point agreed when booking.
  • Transport to the delivery address, anywhere in Japan.
  • Your choice of delivery date and time slot.
  • A tracking link sent as soon as your luggage is collected.
  • Support from a customer service team reachable in French and Japanese.

Three ways to bring the price down

For the same itinerary, the total can vary widely depending on how you organise your shipments.

  1. Group your bags in a single booking rather than creating several: the leg is shared and you only have one drop-off to handle.
  2. If your itinerary chains three stops or more, compare the total of individual legs with the fixed price of a package: the package is almost always cheaper.
  3. Only send what weighs you down. A cabin bag costs noticeably less than a hold suitcase: keep with you whatever fits in a bag.

Payment and invoicing

Payment is made online by card at the time of booking, in euros. There is nothing to pay at the drop-off counter or on delivery.

Your confirmation is emailed to you with the QR code to show at the drop-off point. Cancellation and change conditions are set out in our terms and conditions of sale

Questions about pricing

Is the price shown final?

Yes. The quoted amount is the final amount: it includes VAT and nothing is added at the payment step.

Does the price depend on the weight of the bag?

No. Only the bag category (cabin or hold) and the distance between the two regions matter, not the exact weight.

Can I get a quote without committing?

Yes. The form calculates the price as soon as you have entered the departure point, the destination and your bags, before any payment details.

What happens if a second delivery attempt is needed?

In an apartment, if nobody is there during the chosen slot, a second attempt is arranged at a time of your choice and charged separately.
